Job Title: PROSTHETIST

Job Title: PHYSICAL THERAPIST / PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

Fourroux is looking to fill an in-house Physical Therapist and/or a Physical Therapist Assistant position. The ideal candidate(s) would bethose who have an intense desire to learn and help the organization throughout our growth. We are seeking a highly motivated PT and/or PTA to join our Team. Above all we are looking for someone who enjoys being a physical therapist, enjoys working with patients and their families, and would like the freedom to perform and perfect his/her craft.

Physical Therapy is a key ingredient that assists our patients in returning them to their maximum ability & independence. Our highly skilled and caring staff utilizes state-of-the-art technology in their field, providing a hands-on approach to rehabilitation. Fourroux staff prides themselves on achieving outstanding results with our patients. It is an exciting opportunity to work for a facility that values clinical excellence.

Essential functions:
  • Evaluates patients based on current and desired functional level.
  • Treats patients according to a customized plan using a variety of treatment methods.
  • Completes all patient documentation.
  • Initiates and documents patient teaching including family and/or significant others.
  • Demonstrates open and effective communication with patients, as well as all team members.
  • Demonstrates an active involvement in continuous learning.
  • Participates in activities that promotes facility operations and program development.

Facility Additions: PHYSIATRIST / PHYSIATRIST COMPANY

Fourroux is looking to expand the availability of services to our patients by hosting an on-site Physiatrist. This Physiatrist Company would remain its own entity, residing within Fourroux, coordinating a rehabilitation treatment plan for our patients.

Work directly with our Physical Therapy and Prosthetic Departments to ensure the most optimum path to a successful outcome for our prosthetic patients. All while maintaining your professional & company independence. Work within a true Team approach to empower patients to reach a level of functional independence.
